Parents
- Some students in the “Grizzlies” group received progress reports which they need to return signed.
- We will be starting our CST testing on Thursday instead of Tuesday to make up for our review for days I missed last week while attending layoff meetings at the district office last week.
- If you can provide snacks for our 6th grade students for testing, it may help us test better. Items such as granola bars or crackers would be helpful.
- We sent home fliers requesting parent drivers for our field trip on May 21 to the earthquake trail in Palo Alto near Skyline Blvd. If you can drive, please return the form as soon as possible.
- Jim from Redwood Trading Post will be visiting us on Wednesday to show students what kind of clothing and equipment they need for Yosemite. Of course, you may make your purchases anywhere, but if you mention ‘Adelante’ at the store, they will give you a 10% discount.
Weekend
- Complete both math practice packets. Have them ready for the start of class on Monday.
- Oral reports on non-fiction / biography you read in April begin next week.
- Math testing on Tues & Wed next week.
Thursday Evening

- Good work on the English test today!
Wednesday Evening
- No homework – testing tomorrow
- Get to bed early and get a good night’s rest
- Be sure to eat breakfast and be to school on time!
Monday Evening
- Study your vocab list 1 for our quiz tomorrow. These are words used on the CST test.
