Book report is due on Dec. 8
- Write a summary of the book that you read in November. At a minimum, you must include the following items, in any order:
- Who is the protagonist?
- Who (or what) is the antagonist?*
- What is the conflict?
- How is the conflict resolved?
- Your report needs to be one page long (2 or 3 paragraphs). It’s OK to go a slight bit over or under one page.
- Put the normal heading on your paper (name, date, class, award – if any, title, author
- Use blue or black ink on the final copy. You can also use a computer, but use a text font.
- You must attach with a staple the draft copy (first version) to the back of your report.
*If you can’t figure out who the antagonist is, it might be because it’s not a person. Conflict comes in 4 basic categories. Not every conflict has another person as causing the conflict. The 4 categories are:
- Person vs person
- Person vs nature
- Person vs society (the people you live with)
- Person vs himself/herself (inner conflict)
