Fall Festival is this Friday (hey, it’s alliterative, and a capitalized event)
Dear Parents & Students,
We are trying to put together some kind of year-end trip for the sixth grade. Once I return, Maestra Anna, Directora Linda and I will get together to work it out.
In the meantime, we need to make money for this trip. Last year’s sixth-grade class made $1000 putting on the Haunted House at the Fall Festival. We still need BOTH parents and students to help make this happen. If you’d like to have fun on Friday scaring the pants off of the little kids, please contact TODAY Joseph’s mom Evro or Lucas’ mom Laura who are coordinating this.
The time is about 2:30PM to 7:30PM on this Friday, Oct. 26.

Dear Students,
It’s taking longer for me to get better from my surgery than either me or my doctor thought it would. This has been frustrating and disappointing to me and you too, I know. I saw my doctor on Friday, and she’s going to do a medical procedure on me on Tuesday that she thinks will finish my healing. If that works, I should be back with you sometime later this week.
Mrs. Galvin will continue to be your substitute while I’m out. We are very lucky to have her, and I’m glad it’s her, and not a different substitute for you every day. That would really be hard!
So please be nice to her, do your work, and hopefully I’ll see you in a few more days.
