Last Week of School: June 7-10

Status Update: June 15

I have been rehired by the school district and will continue at Adelante. Next year I will be teaching a combination 5th and 6th grade class in the fall. See you then!

Report Cards

Parents: report cards were handed out to students on the last day of school. If you never saw the report card, ask for it. It may be in the bottom of a backpack. Also, summer reading lists from Kennedy were also passed out with the report card. Be sure to do your summer reading and be ready for the first day of school!

Yosemite Pictures Online

Some pictures from Yosemite are now online for your enjoyment.

End of the Year

Congratulations on a great year! I enjoyed having every one of you and being your teacher. I hope you all have a good summer and come back ready for 7th grade with eager anticipation, whichever school that may be!

If you want a CD of the Yosemite pictures, just email me and give me your address and I’ll mail one to you. Use the contact info from maestrochris.com or use [ chris at maestrochris dot com ]. (This address is broken up so I’m not spammed by internet robots, but being a smart human, you can figure it out.)

Monday

  • Be at school by 4:40 for the promotion ceremony!
  • Get your signup sheet for Kennedy music for next year, and bring it back tomorrow!
  • Finish the thank you letters you were working on.
