Newsletter for December 17-21
- A huge THANK YOU to Mrs. Escobar for organizing our Chevy’s fund raising dinner, and to everyone who came to eat and support us. We earned $768 toward our trip to Yosemite!
- Another huge THANK YOU to Mrs. Melton & Mrs. Mora for organizing the burrito & pizza sales at the dance concert on Wednesday. Thank you to all parents who donated toward the purchase of the food. With your help, we raised another $473 toward the trip!
- We will get out early at 1:30 on Friday due to the winter intercession.
- There will be a free dress day on both Thursday & Friday. Red will be allowed in observance of Christmas.
- Classroom payday and rent are due on Thursday.
- Both 6th grade classes will be having a Secret Santa gift exchange on Friday. Bring a gift valued at $5-8 and be a Santa for the person whose name you drew.
- Maestra Anna will be hosting a Cookie Party in her classroom on Friday afternoon. Both 6th grade classes will meet together.
- Please bring in notes from home if you take music lessons and receive a $100. classroom bonus for the month.
- The Winter Solstice is on Friday at 10:08 PM. This is the official first day of winter and the shortest day of the year. All days become longer after this!
