For the December book that you read (fiction book with a protagonist who is the opposite gender from you), write a 2 paragraph report comparing and contrasting your character traits with the fictional protagonist in the story.
The draft copy is due in class on Monday, Jan. 10
Rubric
- In ink (blue or black) or computer printout
- Affix the draft copy to the back of the final copy
- Use the regular report heading (name, first & last; Date; Class Name; Award if any; Title; Author)
- First Paragraph: COMPARE: find 3 or more examples of character traits that you and the protagonist share. Use examples from the story to support your assertions.
- Second Paragraph: CONTRAST: find 3 or more examples of how your character traits are different from the protagonist. Again, use examples from the story to support your assertion.
