- English: Nov book report coming up tomorrow.
Wednesday evening
- Math pg. 188-89: 9-31 odd; 37-39 all
- English: write a paragraph using two ‘shade of meaning’ words of ‘yell’ and ‘whisper.’
- At least 1 paragraph long.
- At least 1 word each for a synonym of yell and whisper.
- You can use any kind of paragraph: a narrative, a dialog, etc.
- Write it in ink on a separate piece of paper
- We will read them aloud in class tomorrow and turn them in.
Tuesday evening
- No homework due to the dance.
Monday evening
- Math pg 183ff: 1-53 odd problems
- English: Find 4 words similar to the word ‘whisper’ with different shades of meaning. Write them and their definitions on a separate piece of paper. Police inspection of this assignment.
- Reading: You should be almost finished with your Nov. book. We will write a report on it next week (not the mini book report).
